Tailoring is not the same as embellishing
The whole point of a tailored resume is that a person will read it and then ask you about it.
Figures must already exist
Every number, percentage and currency amount in the tailored resume has to appear in the resume you uploaded. The check is deterministic, so no amount of persuasive prose gets past it. Whatever fails goes back to your own wording.
Claims must be supported
A second pass compares the generated documents against your source material and flags anything it cannot trace — an employer, a tool, an outcome. The app shows you the list rather than silently editing behind your back.

Do I need to generate both documents?
No. Both are selected by default because that is the common case, but you can generate either on its own and add the other later without spending anything more.
Does regenerating cost another credit?
No. The job-cycle credit is spent when the job is analysed. Generating and regenerating documents for that job costs nothing more.
Can I edit the documents before sending?
The generated resume is a full profile you can edit field by field. The cover letter is shown in the app and exported as a PDF — regenerate it until the tone is right, or rewrite passages yourself in the exported file.
What happens to these documents if I analyse another job?
They go with it — the app keeps one job and its documents at a time. Download both PDFs before moving on and you keep them permanently.
