- How much does HyreMe cost?
- The app is a free download, and every account gets a free monthly allowance: 20 profile credits and 10 Score-up credits, renewed every month. Packs are a one-off $4.99, $9.99 or $19.99 and add all three credit types.
- What is in each pack?
- Starter is $4.99 for 25 profile, 25 Score-up and 25 job-cycle credits. Standard is $9.99 for 100 of each. Pro is $19.99 for 400 of each. Purchased credits are valid 12 months from the day of purchase.
- What does one credit buy?
- A profile credit builds a profile from your resume file and includes its ATS score and report. A Score-up credit buys one verified rewrite and the re-score after it. A job-cycle credit covers one job end to end — the fit analysis, the resume tailored to that posting, and the cover letter.
- Does buying credits change the free allowance?
- Yes, in two ways. The pack replaces the free credits you still have rather than adding to them — 10 free credits plus a Starter pack is 25, not 35. And no new free credits are granted while purchased ones are on the account; the monthly allowance starts again once they are spent or expire.

Pricing, answered
What do I get for free?
20 profile credits and 10 Score-up credits every month, renewed on the same day each month. That is 20 profile builds with their ATS score and report, and 10 verified rewrites, without paying anything or entering a card. Job targeting is not part of the free allowance — job-cycle credits only come in a pack.
Is this a subscription?
No. The free allowance renews by itself and costs nothing. Packs are a one-off purchase: nothing renews, nothing is billed again, and there is nothing to cancel.
What happens to my free credits when I buy a pack?
The pack takes their place. If you have 10 free credits left and buy Starter, your balance is 25 — not 35. From then on no new free credits are granted while the purchased ones are on your account. When the pack is spent or reaches the end of its 12 months, the free monthly allowance starts again on its usual day.
Do purchased credits expire?
Yes — 12 months from the day you buy them. Inside that window there is no monthly limit on how fast you use them. Packs stack, and each pack carries its own 12 months from its own purchase date.
Do unused free credits roll over?
No. At the end of the month whatever is unused is replaced by the next allowance rather than added to it, so there is nothing to hoard. If you need more than a month's worth at once, that is what a pack is for.
Do I need my own AI API key?
No. The AI connection is built into HyreMe and your credits are what pay for it. There is no console to visit, no key to paste and no second bill — download the app and your first profile build comes out of this month's free credits.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact us and we will sort it out. Credits already spent cannot be refunded, because the work has been done. Consumer protection law where you live always takes precedence over this.
Do you offer licensing or bulk access?
Yes — we are open to white-label licensing, career-centre and outplacement arrangements, and bulk credit purchases for agencies. Get in touch and tell us what you need.
